Seminar Cancellation Policy

Registrations: 

Registration is completed only after Biomagnetic USA/Yasu Seminars receives your full registration fee payment. Biomagnetic USA/Yasu Seminars does not reserve seats without payment. By submitting your registration form, you acknowledge that you read, understand and accept the cancellation policy.

Credit Card Transaction Fee: We use Stripe as our payment processor. They charge a flat rate of 2.9% +30¢  for every successful transaction. If we ever mention credit card transaction fee as a charge, we are referring to the 2.9% +30¢ of your transaction that Stripe charged us. We will not charge you more than what we paid. 

Cancellations (by Registrants): 

Cancellations must be completed by notifying Biomagnetic USA/Yasu Seminars via email at biomagneticusa@gmail.com.

  • Registrations cancelled 1 week (7 calendar days) or more prior to the start of the seminar will receive a full refund of the registration fee or credit for a future seminar hosted by Biomagnetic USA/Yasu Seminars.

  • Registrations cancelled 3- 6 (calendar) days prior to the start of the seminar will receive a 50% refund of the registration price (minus the credit card transaction fee) or credit for a future seminar hosted by Biomagnetic USA/ Yasu Seminars.

  • Registrations cancelled within 48 hours of the seminar will not be eligible for any refunds but may still receive credit for a future seminar hosted by Biomagnetic USA/ Yasu Seminars.

  • No-Show registrants (failure to attend without notice) will be charged the full seminar fee and are not eligible to use their registration fee as credit for a future seminar hosted by Biomagnetic USA/ Yasu Seminars.

Cancellations (by Biomagnetic USA/ Yasu Seminars): 

Biomagnetic USA/Yasu Seminars reserves the right to cancel a seminar at any time. In the event of a cancellation, Biomagnetic USA/ Yasu Seminars will issue a full refund of the event’s registration fee. Biomagnetic USA/Yasu Seminars is not liable for any expenses the registrant may incur or have incurred due to the cancelled seminar.

All sales are final.

 

We only accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit. 

 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 5 days of receiving your package at biomagneticusa@gmail.com to alert us of the damage. All defective merchandise must then be returned per the instructions given by a BiomagneticUSA representative. 

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment, within a certain amount of 7 days. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

BiomagneticUSA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, BiomagneticUSA will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, and tracking information for customer to investigate.
