Seminar Cancellations
Cancellations (by Registrants)
Cancellations must be completed by notifying Ricardo via email at yasu44@aol.com or calling/texting Ricardo at (727) 776-9525.

Registrations canceled 1 week (7 calendar days) or more prior to the start of the seminar will receive a full refund of the registration fee (and credit card transaction fee) or credit for a future seminar hosted by Yasu Seminars.

Registrations canceled 3- 6 (calendar) days prior to the start of the seminar will receive a 50% refund of the registration price (but no refund of the credit card transaction fee) or credit for a future seminar hosted by Yasu Seminars.

Registrations canceled within 48 hours of the seminar will not be eligible for any refunds but may still receive credit for a future seminar hosted by Yasu Seminars.

No-Show registrants (failure to attend without notice) will be charged the full seminar fee and are not eligible to use their registration fee as credit for a future seminar hosted by Yasu Seminars.

CANCELLATIONS (BY YASU SEMINARS)
Yasu Seminars reserves the right to cancel a seminar at any time. In the event of a cancellation, Yasu Seminars will try to reschedule the seminar. If Yasu Seminars is unable to reschedule the canceled seminar, Yasu Seminars will issue a full refund of the event’s registration fee. Yasu Seminars is not liable for any expenses the registrant may incur or have incurred due to the canceled seminar.
Credit Card Transaction Fee
Yasu Seminars uses Stripe to processes payment. Stripe charges a flat rate of 2.9% +30¢ for every successful transaction. If the credit card transaction fee is listed as a charge, this refers to the 2.9% +30¢ of your transaction that Stripe charged Yasu Seminars. Yasu Seminars will not charge you more than what we paid.
